Notice of Public Hearing: Bylaw 23-021
Take notice that the Council of Lac La Biche County is proposing to pass a bylaw pursuant to Section 692 of the Municipal Government Act and a public hearing will be held to obtain public input on proposed Bylaw 23-021.
The purpose of proposed Bylaw 23-021 is to rezone part of NE-15-67-16-W4M (#10, 67268 Rge Rd 162)) containing 10.12 Ha (25.0 Ac) in size more or less, from Agricultural District (AG) to On-Site Estate Residential District 2 (OE2).

There will be three (3) public hearings held on Tuesday, July 25, 2023 for two (2) bylaws. The public hearings will commence at 1:30 pm, or as soon as practical thereafter, and will occur in the sequential order of 23-018, 23-021 and then 23-015. Therefore, those wishing to participate should be in attendance at 1:30 pm.
Anyone who is interested in speaking on the proposed bylaw is encouraged to participate. Presentations can be in-person, virtually or by written submission. Each participant will be given up to 10 minutes to present to County Council.

Those wishing to present virtually are requested to pre-register by noon the day prior to the public hearing and Legislative Services will provide registered participants with the necessary ZOOM information to access the public hearing by virtual means.
Submissions received after the public hearing cannot be considered by Council, so it is important that interested parties participate in the public hearing.
