Mailing of Combined Assessment and Tax Notices: 2017
Notice is hereby given that the Combined Assessment and Tax notices have been mailed to all property owners in Lac La Biche County. In accordance with Section 311 of the Municipal Government Act, all persons are deemed to have received their combined assessment and tax notices as a result of this notice.
The assessment roll is open for inspection at the Lac La Biche County Centre, 13422 Highway 881, Lac La Biche, Alberta, between 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday to Friday. Any person who desires to object to the entry of his name or that of any other person upon the said roll or to the assessment value placed upon any property must, by July 25, 2017, lodge their complaint(s) in writing on the prescribed Assessment Complaint form together with a $20.00 fee (residential or farmland) or $100 fee (non – residential) per complaint payable to Lac La Biche County.
Taxes are due and payable without penalty on or before June 30, 2017.
